Participant Info

  • Jobs: Info on all the different jobs it takes to put together the Holiday Market. Everyone is required to do multiple jobs. Click here for more information about the specific jobs. NOTE: we have streamlined the jobs info but have not updated the jobs pages.

  • Video: If you’d like to create a short video (1 minute or less) for social media promotion, click here to upload your video. A good option for a video is showing how you do your work. For example, a potter showing how to make a mug or a weaver showing how to weave a scarf.

Training Resources

  • Label your work: Training video on how to label your work and set up your inventory price sheet. NOTE: do not label until we have sent you your code. Please watch the video HERE before labeling any of your work. Written directions and inventory sheet can be found HERE

IMPORTANT DATES

Oct 29: Jobs sign up list available via emailed link. Remember this is a co-op event and everyone must volunteer.

Nov 3rd: Payment Due Date

Nov 4th/5th: Shift Sign up available. Link to be emailed. This will be done in 2 batches.

Nov 1-7: Store prep (includes designating spaces, clean up, decorations)

Nov 4: Optional move in with assistance if needed. 11am-1pm (must notify committee if you need help)

Nov 8 - Nov 13: Participants display setup. Please be finished by 3pm on Nov 10th

Nov 14, 7pm: Pre-opening mandatory meeting! Last minute instructions, questions answered, brief 1 min spiel about their booth. This helps all of us help promote each other’s work! **

Nov 15: OPENING DAY!!

Nov 15 - Dec 24: We will be open daily 10-6, 8pm on Thursdays

Dec 28: everyone moved out by end of day

Dec 31: clean up crew complete/end of lease
